Play
At ESNS, we believe that learning is a lifelong journey, and it begins with play.
In early childhood, the most meaningful learning happens when children are free to explore, imagine, and create. We provide a balance of freedom and gentle structure, allowing children to follow their curiosity while receiving thoughtful guidance from adults.
This approach nurtures confident, independent learners who discover the world through hands-on experience and joyful engagement.

Learn
We prioritize children’s social and emotional development by helping them recognize and express their feelings, share ideas, and navigate conflict with empathy and respect.
We believe one of the most essential milestones in early childhood is learning how to build relationships. And play is one of the most powerful tools for developing these skills.
As children engage in play and begin to collaborate with peers, we offer gentle guidance—encouraging them to advocate for themselves, include others, and resolve conflicts peacefully. These moments lay the foundation for lifelong communication, compassion, and confidence.

Create
Our program emphasizes the foundational aspects of early childhood physical and mental development. Children are given daily opportunities to strengthen both gross and fine motor skills, while being encouraged to explore, create, and try new things.
We design our routines to help children take an active role in caring for themselves and their environment. By fostering independence and pride, we support their growth into confident, curious learners.
We believe the best play environment is one that invites children to follow their interests. That’s why our classrooms are screen-free—no TVs or computers—so kids stay fully engaged with hands-on activities and peer interaction.
Rain or shine, we get outside year-round and weave nature themes into our learning experiences, helping children connect with the world around them in meaningful ways.
