Daily Schedule
8:45-10:00 Arrival. Hang up backpacks on fence post. Put lunches at bottom of stairs.
Playground time: tricycles, digging, ball play, climbing, jumping, etc.
10:00-10:20 Circle time: leader chart, calendar, weather report, show-and-share, questions
and answers, Mystery Number.
10:20-10:30 Wash hands. Snack time (whoever brings snack gets to “set the table”
and put out glasses, a coveted job)
10:30-11:20 Clean up snack. Free play: blocks, painting at the easel, house corner,
sensory table, puzzles, play dough and teacher-led project of the day.
11:20-11:35 Job chart. Clean up.
11:35-11:45 Story time. Song time, bingo, special presentations.
Dismissal. Put on coats. Put artworks to go home in backpacks. Backpacks on. Carpool line.
